Mr. Sanjeev Jain
Mr. Sanjeev Jain spent his working life in the diamond industry. Alongside that work, he practises Vastu from knowledge he inherited.
He has refined that knowledge through his own study and by visiting properties in person. He does not use one fixed chart for every building.
He looks at the layout, the directions, and the way the place is used. Only then does he suggest practical guidance for that property.
A personal approach to Vastu.
Vastu is a traditional way of looking at a building. It asks where the rooms sit, which way the entrance faces, and what is around the property.
Mr. Sanjeev Jain studies those things on the property itself. A drawing on a website cannot tell you what your home needs.
The square below is a simple Vastu diagram. The centre and the edges give a shared language for a plan. It is not a diagnosis.
A personal visit, in four clear steps.
Mr. Sanjeev Jain listens first. He then looks at the property himself before suggesting anything.
01
Share Your Concern
Tell us what is on your mind, and a little about the property. The conversation starts before any suggestion.
02
Discuss Your Property
We talk through the layout, how the place is used, and any plans you already have.
03
Personal Property Visit
Mr. Sanjeev Jain visits the property and studies it himself. A diagram on a screen cannot do this.
04
Receive Practical Guidance
You receive suggestions for that property, explained in plain language, including what a builder may need to check.
Every property has its own story.
People come with different questions. These are areas of consultation. They are not guaranteed results.

01
Home and Living Spaces
Houses, flats, and plots. The visit looks at how your family actually uses the place.

02
Business and Workplace
Offices, shops, and other workplaces. Guidance is about the rooms, not a promise of profit.

03
Financial and Professional Concerns
People often ask about the rooms where work and money decisions happen. This is spatial guidance, not financial advice.

04
Health and Wellbeing Concerns
Some people want a calmer home while they look after their health. The visit does not treat illness.
Real stories, only when a client agrees.
No client story is published yet. When one is added, it will use the client’s own words and only photographs they have approved. Nothing on this page is invented.

A name, a place, and a photograph appear here only when the client has agreed. No review on this website is made up.
Approved client words will be placed here.

Plain answers, before you book.

A Simple Guide to the Vastu Diagram
The diagram is a traditional way to talk about the centre and the edges of a plan. It does not read your home by itself.

Understanding the Vastu Directions
Direction starts from a reliable north on the property, then looks at the rooms that matter to you.

Understanding Your Home Layout
A few questions are worth asking early: orientation, entrance, the centre of the plan, and how the household will actually live.
Personal on-site consultation
₹10,000
The visit is personally conducted by Mr. Sanjeev Jain.
Travel arrangements, and any travel cost, are confirmed separately. Travel charges, where applicable, may be separate.
Suggested remedies are separate from the consultation fee. The cost depends on the property and the work required.
Many simpler remedies may cost around ₹5,000–₹6,000, or less. That is not a guaranteed maximum. Major structural changes may cost much more.
Enquiries are reviewed personally. A visit is confirmed only after the consultancy has been in touch.

Common questions.
Short answers about the visit, the fee, and what Vastu guidance can and cannot do.
Vastu Shastra is a traditional Indian body of knowledge concerned with how a building sits on its site, how it is oriented, and how its rooms and entrances are arranged. In this practice it is offered as architectural and spatial guidance for an individual property. It is not a medical treatment, a financial product, or a substitute for engineering advice.
It begins with your concern and the property itself. Sanjeev Jain discusses the situation with you, assesses the relevant layout and directions in person, and suggests measures suited to that property. Recommendations are prepared from the visit. They are not taken from a fixed menu applied to every home.
The visit is a personal assessment. You can walk through the spaces related to your concern, explain how the place is used, and review drawings if you have them. Observations and suggestions are then explained in practical terms. A minute-by-minute script is not fixed, because properties differ.
The fee for a one-time personal property visit is ₹10,000. Travel charges, where a visit requires them, may be quoted separately. The cost of any remedy is independent of the consultation fee and is known only after the assessment.
No. Some suggestions concern how a space is used or furnished. Others may involve building work. You are told which is which. Structural changes are suggested only when the assessment indicates them, and any building work should be reviewed by a qualified engineer or architect before it is carried out.
The practice looks first for measures that are practical to carry out. Clients often hope for modest corrections, and that hope is taken seriously. It is not a promise that every property can be addressed within a particular budget. Structural work can cost more. Remedy costs vary with the recommendation and are separate from the ₹10,000 visit.
A floor plan is helpful, especially when it shows north. It is not required in order to enquire. If you do not have one, say so on the form and bring whatever drawings or photographs you do have. You may also attach plans and property photographs to the enquiry.
The primary consultation is an on-site visit, because the property is assessed in person. You can request an initial discussion through the form. An online consultation is available only when the consultancy has enabled it. An online conversation is not offered as a full substitute for seeing a property that needs to be visited.
A single duration is not published, because it depends on the property and the concerns being discussed. The likely length of the visit is confirmed when the consultation is arranged.

Architectural study prepared for this website. Not a photograph of a client, a client property, or Mr. Sanjeev Jain.
Vastu guidance on this website is traditional advice about a building and how it is used. It does not replace a doctor, a financial adviser, a lawyer, or an engineer. If someone describes a change after a visit, that is their own experience. It is not proof, and no result is promised.
